Cancelation Policy – Bon Voyage Travel Club

• Prior to 60 days of more, non-refundable deposit is 25% of the total package cost per person.
• Between 60 and 31days of more, non-refundable deposit is 30%of the total package cost per person.
• Between 30-16 days of more departure, non-refundable deposit is 50% of the total package cost per person.
• Between 15-7 days of departure, non-refundable deposit is 75% of the total package cost per person.
• Within 7 days of departure, 100% of the package cost is non refundable.
• “In case of ‘Force Majeure’, different condition of Cancellation may be applicable”
